I have had the pleasure of getting to know Holly in so many different ways over the last couple of years, from trying on dresses with her for my wedding, being a neighbor, to a really great friend, working with her at some of her weddings and events that she has done, and now being an “auntie” to her little girl. I even got the pleasure of her finding my beautiful wedding gown by Jasmine. I never would have been able to have such a beautiful and customized dress if it wasn’t for Holly. Her attention to detail and knowledge of what looks best on people is truly her gift. She took one look at the gown and said “you have to try on this dress, it’s perfect for you”. At this point I thought I had already found my “perfect” wedding dress, however, as soon as I tried on the gown that she picked out I had nearly forgotten about the other dress. I had her order this dress in for me and she was able to order it customized so that it would limit the amount of alterations that I would have had to do otherwise. The dress was perfect and looked absolutely beautiful. It arrived early along with few veils and jewelry, we started going through all of this and it turned out that not only that night did I have the perfect wedding gown, but I also had a veil and jewelry that went perfectly with my gown. The jewelry and veil had very similar flowers and beading that my dress had, so my attire was complete.
This was not the end of dealings with Holly for our wedding day; she brought in hot pink feather boas and apple blossoms for our head, gift, and cake tables. The reception hall looked beautiful with the bright colors. Holly’s guidance and expertise didn’t stop there, she assisted me in putting together the cards for our wishing tree and helped with designing the bridal and bridal party bouquets. I know she was so disappointed that she couldn’t do our flowers, but she wasn’t able to fly all the way to Halifax to do them for us because her “bundle of joy” was due to arrive just a few short days after we got married. I would have loved to have Holly do my flowers as well, because I have seen what she has done for other brides and they have all been beautiful. She puts so much work into each bouquet, corsage, and boutonniere that any bride would be lucky to have Holly do the flowers for your wedding.
The thing that I like most about Holly is the way she treats each bride as though they are her best friend or family member. She only wants the best for each bride and does her absolute best for everyone. Holly has outstanding customer service, is extremely flexible, and is willing to do whatever she can to make a bride happy and feel special. Her attention to detail and the love that she has for her business and weddings shows every time that she does a wedding. Since I have worked with her and witnessed so many weddings that she has done, I feel that any bride who chooses to deal with Holly will be so happy and their day will be that much more special because Holly was involved.
Thank you Holly for all of your guidance, expertise, support, and love while we planned our very special day that we will never forget. I feel truly blessed that you were able to help me find the perfect dress and just be there for me. We wish you could have been there with us in Halifax to be part of our special day. We appreciate everything that you did for us. Thank you again.
